TSN moves management and admin offices to a new building directly on the yard

The management team of Taylor Smith Naval Services, Seychelles (TSN) recently moved into their new, purpose built office building - stationed right on the yard, providing at-a-glance views of all operations.

Moving out of the main office building at the entrance to the compound, the new offices have put the management team right at the centre of daily operations, in a move that will allow for a more convenient and hands-on approach to all daily activities.
What’s more, large windows have afforded the offices with exceptional views of the yard and all operations as they are being carried out.

Not only does management now have a better view of, and access to, daily operations but they are also more readily available to the teams & employees whose dedication and hard work are what keep our reputation of being the leading boating facility in Seychelles alive and strong.

Speaking on the completion of the new building and the decision to move TSN HQ to the yard, Taylor’ Smith Shipyard Seychelles General Manager Rajen Naidu had the following to say:

“We thought it was important to move our offices closer to daily operations and therefore took the decision to construct new offices directly on the yard. We are happy with the outcome – not only do we have a direct view of what’s going on at all times, but we are also closer and more accessible to our various teams,” Mr. Naidu stated.

“It was definitely a good move and it also demonstrates our commitment to constantly adapt, change and improve as we strive to remain the number one boating facility in Seychelles, and beyond,” he added.
