As of 2015, our Providence Shipyard underwent a massive transformation which saw investments adding to the infrastructure of our facility including a land reclamation project, which has extended our property by another 5500 Sqm. Home to our administration offices and is the hub of Taylor Smith Naval Services operations in Seychelles. Our Providence Shipyard is serviced by a 150tonne Travel Lift, a crane and a 40tonne yard trailer and offers a full suite of marine services in one location.

Our Recent Upgrades and Purchases to our Seychelles facility Include:

Marine Services, Seychelles
  • Purchase of a 150tonne Marine Travel Lift from PDN Engineering, Italy
  • Purchase of a 40tonne hydraulic trailer, also from PDN Engineering
  • Construction of a specialised loading quay for our travel lift and hydraulic trailer, that extends out to sea
  • Refurbishment of our Marine Refuelling depot, and installation of Fuel Re-Conditioning facilities.
  • Opening of our quay-side Ship's Store, offering basic supplies to moored and visiting vessels
  • Upgrading of our electricity supply outlets for berthed vessels
  • Upgrading of our docks and walk-ons
